4th Broadstairs Scout Group

We are an indoor boot fayre for charity. We have toilets, cafe, heating, friendly atmosphere. We have room for 18 tables some rails are acceptable but must be booked before hand. Booking of stalls is a must. We have regular sellers as well, plus regular dealers visiting the fayre. Items sold must be legal - no alcohol - Tobacco - CDs - drugs or weapons. Building is covered by outside CCTV. Parking is in the street. There are some parking bays also in Vere Road and the car park is free at present. We are situated just off the High Street (30 second walk) basically at the back of Iceland. We have zero tolerance to verbal & physically abuse. We hold the right to refuse and remove. We supply tables and chairs. No catering stalls or vans. The whole building is on the flat with no stairs or steps. Please bring your own floats and change, rubbish bags and rubbish removal is down to the stall holder, and any added insurance. Our next boot fare is on 17th September- admission is free. We do allow small dogs in the building but they must either be carried or on a short lead.
