A monthly school fundraising car boot held outdoors at Calderstones School. Sellers can pre-book or pay on arrival, and shoppers will find food, drinks and toilets on site. Dogs are welcome on leads, and the sale normally goes ahead in rain.
What to Expect
Caldies Car Boot Sale runs on Sunday in Liverpool, Merseyside, with outdoor pitches. It runs throughout the year. Sellers can set up from 8am, and buyers enter from 9am.
Held on the second Sunday of every month, 09:00–12:30. Sellers enter between 08:00 and 08:45; vehicles cannot leave before 12:30 and the site must be clear by 13:00. The sale runs in rain except in exceptional weather.
Buyer entry costs £1; children under 12 free. Other seller pitches cost £10; table hire £5; rail hire £3; car pitches cost £10 pre-booked; £15 on the day; van pitches cost £15 pre-booked; £25 on the day.
